Purchased a custom fan sign on January 3, 2020 and messaged "Queen_brii" with the details on how I wanted it. She replied that she would get it done soon. She replied again on February 5, 2020 that she was in the process of getting it done. Had to get MV Support to issue a return credit on February 10, 2020 as she hasn't fulfill the order to close out the transaction and it was past MV's 30 days to fulfill an order. DO NOT DEAL WITH!
