How did you start your career as a cam model?

I originally started camming when I was 21. At the time I was working at a bar. I wasn't interested in making a career with my Illustration degree, and I wasn't happy with where I was at financially. My friend/coworker suggested becoming a webcam model. She personally knew a well-known model on MyFreeCams, and she told me just how successful her friend was. At first I was intimidated by the idea of getting naked and letting people get to know me on the internet, but something about it also sounded exciting and challenging. Could I really run my own business, bring happiness into other people's lives, and express my sexuality while doing it? DAMN RIGHT. I fell in love with camming that year. Then I met my current boyfriend. Unfortunately my past moral beliefs wouldn't allow me to cam and be in a serious relationship. I didn't think it was right to be in a relationship and show my body to other people. That was until I took a Sex and Gender Studies class, where I learned that sexuality isn't something that is defined by a monogamous relationship. Sexuality cannot be suppressed. It is as normal as eating and breathing. Sex is a primal human instinct and there's no reason I should be ashamed to show my body and express my sexuality. I remembered what it felt like to run my own business as a cam model. I loved what I did, I had fun, I worked hard but didn't even notice how hard I was working because I loved it so much! I really wanted to get back into it. I respect my boyfriend, so I asked him if he would feel comfortable with me camming again. He said if that was going to make me happy, then he would be supportive of my choice (and he has been to this day). After taking three years off, I was finally back to doing what I love. I know that was an extremely long answer to a simple question, but I think that what I learned in those three years off was very important because it taught me to be more open minded and has helped me to love and respect what I do even more.  

What is your typical day like?

My typical day consists of filming and editing content, managing and updating my profiles, creating graphics for my profiles, researching, managing social media and Snapchat throughout the day, doing laundry whenever I can, running personal and business errands, and of course streaming live regularly. If I don't have to film or edit content I go to the gym.

What do you love about being an adult content creator?

On your profile it says that you studied illustration. Are you currently doing art on the side? And do you use your illustration skills in creating vids?

I wish I had more knowledge in filming and lighting to achieve my visions, but I REALLY don't want to have to try to fit school in right now.
