My favorite thing about myself is my personality. I have learned to appreciate who I am over time. One thing I enjoy most is that I have always been the type of guy to just be himself. Not everyone is allowed to live the life that they wish to live. Not everyone has been given the ability of free will and expression. I, however, seemed to be born with it. I will always be ME.

What do people not in the industry get wrong about being a porn performer?

One thing that people assume is that my job is to have mind-blowing sex all the time. Which is definitely wrong! Most performers are doing just that performing. There are regular breaks for water or potty breaks. Lot's of stopping and starting and you are hardly ever doing what you want to do. It's a scene written by someone, performed by actors, captured on video. It's definitely not real life sex.

What quote or saying do people often say but is complete BS?

The quote "you are what you eat" has always bothered me. In my opinion, it gives people the idea that eating healthy means you can be fit. Which is very false because a diet is vital in maintaining a body; it doesn't create the body. I get so annoyed when I see someone on a "diet," yet I never see them exercise, LOL.

What rules do you make for yourself?

I do, in fact, have a few rules.

1. Clean eating - Eating organic, home-cooked meals. The end result is always much better and healthier.
2. Stay active - Push ups, sit ups, yoga, pull-ups. Doing any number of small workouts throughout the day.
3. Give effort - Every day, I strive to be more than I was yesterday. Work harder. Be more kind. Try new things.
