What is Pegas Productions, and what do you feel sets you apart from other adult studios and creators?

At first, back in 2006, Pegas Productions was created by and for French Canadians. There was very little adult entertainment from Quebec showcasing the hot and sexy Montreal girls. I wanted to show the world how our local girls were the naughtiest and wildest out there! At that time, I, Nick Leykis, was making public themed vids, especially in very tourist-y spots, truly embracing local culture through sex.

Which of the vids that you have on ManyVids is your fave and why?

It would have to be our vacation tapes with pornstar Sweet Amy Lee. Those are especially unique since we shared a steamy winter trip down in Mexico together. That’s where we shot some private sex vids for ourselves, and we decided, in the end, to share it with the world.

We did a lot of fun activities too, where Amy was especially wild–like topless on a crowded beach and no-panties on a buggy ride. I’ll definitely share some more clips of the trip soon!

Who are your heroes in the adult industry, and why?

Well, I will have to stick to classics and say Max Hardcore! Even though he’s been quite controversial, we can still see his influence today. We have had a significant role in putting hardcore content out there. I guess it goes back to the importance of being talked about even if it’s not always for the best reasons.

It works in the adult industry even better than it does in real-life! People love drama and gossip, and it’s the best marketing tool ever. We had a major controversy when one of our adult performers, Samantha Ardente, was outed from her high school secretary job and yet, it was the best publicity we could have asked for. Teacher by day and pornstar by night, it doesn’t really get kinkier than that!

What do you hope to achieve in the adult business?

Truly, all I want is to keep doing what I love and helping the world discover the wild Quebec girls. In this ever-changing industry, still being popular and prolific in the long run is quite a goal I do intend on reaching!

What have you learned about life, work, human desire, and sexuality, by working in adult entertainment?

Some people might think you get bored of sex after a while in the adult industry, but that’s definitively not the case. Sex and porn are like wine. The more you learn about it, and the more you develop your tastes and find out about your preferences. It’s way more about acquiring new tastes and developing your personality through porn.

What do you feel is one major thing the general public gets wrong or doesn’t understand about adult entertainment?

The adult industry, in general, is marginalized. However, most people watch porn and appreciate it in their life. We do play a major role in society, in general, and also in culture. This is something I try to achieve through Pegas Productions. I have always seen local porn as a way to make local culture and French language shine. And the buying local rules also apply to porn!

Let’s say you have an unlimited budget of hundreds of billions of dollars to shoot your dream adult vid, and you can cast ANYBODY and do ANYTHING, describe this dream vid to us:

One of the first-ever videos that I shot for Pegas Productions was a real-life couple having sex right in front of the Château Frontenac, in Quebec City. For those who know the place, this is quite public, lets just put it like that. It’s been a dream of mine to reshoot that scene now, more than 10 years later. Of course, with an unlimited budget and all, we could take it to the next level! That vid would just be awesome with an iconic Quebec star like Samantha Ardente or Amy Lee. What kind of budget would convince them to make a comeback? Who knows...
