We have removed all of the 'raceplay' vids on MV and will do our best to continuously monitor and take them down. We stand against racism and strive for diversity. Our main goal is to make MV a place where everyone feels welcome.
Perhaps this should have its own blog? i only found out what had happened and the reasons for videos being deleted by chance
As an Asian male who is a fan of racial humiliation and orders custom content from models with the understanding that they do it as a fantasy, should I be worried that the content I enjoy will eventually be banned from this site?
Yes.
You should also be worried that the models you vote for in the contests will have their win taken from them at the drop of a hat if they don't meet MV's increasing PC narrative.
A custom video is discussed between member and model and not uploaded publicly to our site. We have enforced these rules to remove public racial humiliation/degradation as it was offending our users.
People need to wake up and see that we all are Brothers and Sisters and that there NO need for racism.

Congrats to all winners
We are deeply saddened by the turn of events regarding the Social Media Slayer of the year award.
Some of the things that have been brought to our attention for the first time within the last 24 hours have been shocking. We were never aware of this information and because of this, the MV Team has made the decision to disqualify the original winner and remove the cash prize.
We are taking the time to discuss this and choose another winner which will be one of the other 4 finalists. We will be fully analyzing and filtering through the social media accounts of the other candidates to determine which one we believe best represents our platform and our brand.
Here at ManyVids, we stand for equality and love. We believe that there is only one race which is the human race. We will be focusing on finding a winner who embraces kindness, positivity, and respect for others.
Also going forward, in the next couple of days we will be regrouping as a team to discuss the future of this matter both in content and in general on our platform.

I am glad about MV's decision regarding Social Media Slayer; as a matter of fact, the site shouldn't allow racial humiliation and extreme racial play at all! Everyone belongs to the HUMAN race, colors shouldn't matter on this earth. Keep promoting equality and positivity!
Without getting into the argument of what is right/wrong, pc or not... How is this a sudden revelation? It is an award for social media. You took, what? 2 weeks or something like that to pick a winner from the top 5? How can this possibly be a surprise to mv? I mean wouldn't actually looking at the social media profiles of a finalist for a social media award be the number one criteria??? Like I said I'm not even going into what's right or wrong but the way mv handled this is a joke.
You mention removing the cash prize. I hope that just means you're taking it back but will still be distributing it to the new winner.

This is absolutely terrible! You guys took a win away from a model AFTER it had already been awarded to her, because of content that was 100 percent ALLOWED to be posted on this site during that time. Disgusting!

So is no one going to talk about the fact that the winner of "Social Media Slayer" is openly racist, makes some of the most racist content I've ever seen and uses her social media to promote such racism? Manyvids you're sending a really strong message to your models, especially your POC models, when you reward that kind of behavior.

No, we have always encouraged models to enter all categories which apply to them, and do their best at getting to the finals in as many as they desire! This is the first time we have a double MV Award winner so it's exciting but we have never set any rules against it!
