Farrah Abraham is the Newest MV Ambassador!

Watch for her upcoming MV Takeover!

Nov 16 2017 98 comments 25,319

Farrah Abraham, the world’s most famous teen mom, has grown into a bona fide business powerhouse. She’s a New York Times best-selling author, a renowned entrepreneur and a vocal advocate for sex positivity.

ManyVids is inspired by Farrah’s passionate dedication to making sure sex workers are treated with the respect and admiration they deserve. The motivation behind everything we do is to empower sex workers to become independently successful by giving them the platform to be themselves.

With that in mind, we couldn’t be happier to announce that Farrah Abraham has signed on to become the next MV Ambassador!

We’ll let Farrah explain in her own words why the MV Ambassadorship is so important to her.

“Recently I was sex shamed and sexually harassed while filming the next season of a reality TV series (to be released Nov 27th). As an original cast member of an international franchise, I believe now more than ever that it is the right time to be an MV Ambassador for Sexual Positivity. After being degraded and sex shamed, I feel that my experience as a keynote speaker for unplanned pregnancies and safe sex is my segue into this type of ambassadorship. My credentials as a business mogul include celebrity licensing for novelty toys, intimates in celebrity award winning categories and beyond. It’s a powerful position to express my freedom (as others do in private) in a public forum so others won’t be sexually shamed, sexually berated, sexually harassed or have hate crimes instigated against them for practicing their legal sexual freedoms. To dismiss illegal behaviors of this sort which affects a person’s health, well-being and career opportunities is unfathomable. I want to use my celebrity to further the cause of sexual positivity and not stand back and watch others be discriminated against and mistreated in this way.

I feel passionate about empowering men and women to have a healthy consensual sex life. I want to advocate to end sexual harassment, hate crimes, and intimidation through falsified press. The hateful acts and illegal misconduct needs to end immediately. A healthy consensual sex life is not taboo! I only hope to help sustain a safe, healthy positive environment in society (which is lacking), on a public level for myself and others in entertainment (adult or not) and all other industries/companies. As an employer myself, I do not allow any sexual harassment or mistreatment of any sort as that is illegal. I’m a hard-working professional mother and my successes and work ethic speak for themselves rather than including my sexuality. My advocacy for social justice is appreciated by men & women who are or have been sexually harassed, degraded, sexually ashamed, sexually abused, sex trafficked, captured by sex cults, date raped, assaulted and/or otherwise violated daily. I would rather influence sexual positivity with my MV Ambassadorship than give in and succumb to the discrimination, intimidation, and hate crimes of an unhealthy sexual society that seems to be our everyday reality. Today I’m here to change that! As I further my advocacy and ambassadorship for sex positivity I plan on including my experience in my first business book to be released in 2018.”

- Farrah Abraham

To kick off her ambassadorship, Farrah will be LIVE on ManyVids for an MV Takeover on November, 22, 2017 from 10 pm to 12 am ET. Join her for an amazing show and chat session broadcast exclusively on ManyVids.

We’re so thrilled to join forces with such an accomplished public figure who is using her star power to fight back against sex shaming. We know that with her as an MV Ambassador we’ll be able to achieve a great change in the public perception of sex workers.

Why is sex positivity important to you? Let us know in the comments.

Cr3amQueen Nov 2017

So sad. Plz bring back ladies like Amber.. this woman is negative and treats people like scum..

Liz Lovejoy Nov 2017

I'm glad she wants to use her celebrity to help sex workers. It's rare to see any celebrity even mention sex workers, and the stigma we face. That said, I think someone with actual experience in sex work would be a better ambassador. The kind of sex shaming she has faced is very different from the type of sex shaming we experience as sex workers. She is very controversial, and I wouldn't be surprised if we are left disappointed.

Booty4U Nov 2017

I wouldn't say she has "no" experience with sex work, considering she starred in porn produced by Vivid...

I love the whole "MV Ambassador" thing. I see a lot of people saying that it should be a MV girl and not a celebrity, I think MV does so much to highlight individual MV girls which is great but typically that is only going to bring traffic to that individual. Where as bringing in a celebrity who isn't competing with us is going to bring traffic to everyone.

I agree!! This is already making major blog sites!! MV is great at finding ways to get the platforms name out there. Which means more traffic for us!! People get all worked up with their feelings  without viewing it from a business standpoint.

Codi Vore Nov 2017

Didn't she call Blac Chyna a "fucking monkey"? I think sex positivity is very important. We have to show people that it isn't okay to shame people, and especially women, for doing sex work, having frequent consensual sex, or engaging in safe kinks. But we also need to demonstrate that we won't tolerate racism. This might boost publicity, but please think about the message you are sending about your company and your models when you select people to represent us.

Little Puck Nov 2017

Second this.

I agree completely. And this is just the tip of the problematic iceberg. Racial slurs, cultural appropriation, ableism, slut-shaming. We have enough obstacles and stigma to rise above as sex workers, without someone like Abaham to worsen the way the world views us.

THANK YOU Codi. Thank freaking god someone said it.

surf255 Nov 2017

This is a joke. After her last failure of a cam show recently on another site scamming and frauding thousands of people out of money this is a joke that MV would allow her to be on here and tolerate her actions

Gingerlovex Nov 2017

What happened on the last cam show she had?

Thank friggin god people are speaking up.  <3

Erotic Eva Nov 2017

perhaps people were expecting an actual "sex show" and not one just talking about sex?  I didnt see it, but from the article above and peoples' posts, sounds like she doesnt actually get nude on camera or do true cam shows etc, she is not a cam girl nor does she make porn...

I’m literally so confused

Gingerlovex Nov 2017

Me too. 😅

PrincessDi Jan 2018

Yeah same, feeling like I’m in the twilight zone.  I had to double check that I didn’t swallow a tide pod because I thought I was hallucinating or something.  This poisoned my retinas.

Erotic Eva Nov 2017

so....just wondering, based on previous comments...will she be getting nude and playing with toys in her takeover?  Or just sitting and talking to the viewers?

Erotic Eva Nov 2017

cash her outside lol ive never even heard of her.  Maybe it's bc 8-)i'm 40 and dont watch stupid crap like teen mom....whatever happened to the real mtv?  lol is it still even a channel?

That program was really good, maybe it's not your time, but it identifies other girls like me. Initially, it was the story of young mothers, but then, it was a drama (they lost the course of the program) ..
I hope she has something good to say and quality work. Obviously, we hate the drama.:-#

Erotic Eva Nov 2017

teen mom has been running for how many years now??  a long time, right?  honestly, it's not "bc it's not my time"....it's bc i hate reality shows....and one about teens, albeit it moms and their struggles, is not what i want to see.  Just wondering....do you think a show like that encourages teens to get pregnant?  Or gives them ideas about why they should do it, for all the wrong reasons...like to trap a guy into a relationship etc?  I've heard the argument that it will make teens think i's ok to get pregnant so young.  I know accidental pregnancies happen, I'm not talking about those...
personally, id rather watch one of the real housewives lol and no, not bc of my age bc the only thing i have in common with any of those women is that im a mom and (was) a wife...and stay at home mom, for a few years

This is pretty disappointing. She's been problematic and whorephobic in the past and that's the reputation she carries now. Not someone I would like to see as an ambassador for a site I respect.

I'm all for sex-positivity, but surely we can find someone that isn't so problematic to be an ambassador for MV. Abraham's various scandals shouldn't be allowed to overshadow MV, or the hardworking MV stars, and give us all a bad name by association.

To be honest, I was very confused and worried when I saw this pop up. Scared that Farrah would bring negative attention to our community. But after reading this, I'm actually happy that someone with so many eyes on her would openly chose to speak out for sex work of all kinds. Maybe she can help some people realize that us sex workers are NOT bad people!! That our jobs ARE jobs, and we should be treated equal. :) Welcome to MV Farrah!!

Liz Lovejoy Nov 2017

I'm still scared she may bring negative publicity, but I'm very happy to see a celebrity standing up for sex workers. Hopefully it goes well.

Lyra Fae Nov 2017

Welcome. To be honest, I don't know how I feel about the idea of bringing celebrities in. After all, we all work hard to make our way up here. However, I do love the idea of all the sex positivity she promises! Well said.

Should be happy. They bring in lots of publicity. Which means more traffic for us.

shifty71 Nov 2017

Sad. Should have picked from the numerous MV girls here, but that's just my opinion.

Why? It brings in publicity. And more traffic. MV girls should be thankful MV puts good money into marketing

TheJoneses Nov 2017

Could be a great opportunity.

I’m just sitting back enjoying the show :)

DestinyDiaz Nov 2017

Tbh, I've never seen an episode of Teen Mom, and I don't know Farrah. But I dig the ambassador thing. Can't wait to see who you guys reach out to next! #BringCardiBToMV

Lol Same. I love the fact that the platform is growing.  I actually just found out who she was a few months ago.

Keithk1 Nov 2017

Nice they pulled my rather benign comment. Now we have a porn site that censors. Classic.....

Jeri Lynn Nov 2017

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!!! DON'T LET THIS FAKE THING REP US!!! FIND A REAL PORN STAR!!

SHE'S NOT A PORN STAR! SHE'S A TERRIBLE TEEN MOM AND THEY DON'T WANT HER BACK!

SHE WAS PAID TO FILM A SCENE WITH JAMES DEEN, CALLED HIS DICK LITTLE, THEN CALLED HERSELF A PORN STAR AFTER 1 SCENE!

SHE'S GONNA SIT BACK AND SAY SHE'S SEX POSITIVE AND A PORN STAR BUT ASHAMED TO FILM!

WWWWWTTTTTFFFFFF?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sex positivity, yeah I'm all for it.
Farrah repping REAL Porn Stars and Models because she was harrassed and filmed an anal scene and made sex toys?? nah, I'll DEF pass on that!!

Can we please also look at how she's a 2017 New Cummer yet isn't ranked. How are you even gonna have her rep you but she's not producing scenes for the site and she's not even ranked with the girls who REALLY bring in the money? THE ACTUAL PERFORMERS!

Zarramar Nov 2017

Well you seem to feel very strongly about this subject . I am not bigoted towards single mother's or porn actresses at all but I don't feel like she is qualified to represent you . I totally agree with you

Glad I'm not the only against this.

Anastasia Lux
Anastasia Lux deleted Nov 2017

Clap clap clap clap tell them!!! Ambassadors should be MVgirls who r killing it and representing the brand well. I Neva heard of her but saw some negative feedback from other girls on Twitter and now I know y. Amber rose is the real deal for me!

Maya Trixxx Nov 2017

Agreed. Horrible ideia. It just pays off to be famous, or being known. Famous is relative in her case. You just sit back and everything falls into your lap. That's nice. You can suck, not literally, at everything and suddenly your a semi amateur poem site ambassador by doing... Nothing and being terrible at the little you be done. Ambassador? Not mine, fuck no!

BabyDoll666 Nov 2017

Sad, made all the girls try out for what point? Too use this. Hope they see all this upset and take action on this wrong choice.

RyanFarts Nov 2017

Im curious how much they paid her....... She makes a killing on TM2.

Jeri Lynn Nov 2017

I thought the same thing. She wouldn't do this for free or for the title of "MV" Ambassador so what's really going on here?

JessieMinx Nov 2017

She was fired from TM after being on CamSoda, apparently they don't want there business to associate with that and let her go.

It’s called marketing and get MV’s name out there! Which means more traffic and customers!

BabyDoll666 Nov 2017

Lol who are you the MV support police?! These girls have a RIGHT to there feelings and opinions stop trying to justify MV to EVERYONE.

verlo1811
verlo1811 deleted Nov 2017

Checked out her videos. Not very impressive. Her profile says created this month? Was this ambassador thing awarded from a Cracker Jack box?

Maya Trixxx Nov 2017

Lololol, word.

Considering the fact she has said racist and slut-shaming things, I wouldn't consider her sex-positive or a role model in a way.

LustyBustyLark
LustyBustyLark deleted Nov 2017

The only reason I even know who she is, is because of the racist comments scandal :(

Which one? She is a joke. She called Blac Chyna a "fucking monkey", called Chad Johnson a "stereotypical African American" and his mother "a black piece of shit". She also told Nicki Minaj that "Your videos look like porn :H Horrible". The list goes on and on. She is offensive and overall an attention seeking drama queen. She made fun of Demi Lovato's eating disorder and Kourtney Kardashian's pregnancy saying "Did she not learn anything from TEEN MOM? Maybe it's a fake pregnancy like kims wedding SAD" .   *Sarcasm* Totally the person who should be representing MV! *Sarcasm*

Why are you guys even complaining? This is called marketing. It could be beneficial to you too if you’d open your eyes and quit your damn bitching all the time!

LustyBustyLark
LustyBustyLark deleted Nov 2017

How is it beneficial to be associated with a racist?

What? I didn't know about that. Thanks for the info. (I don't watch TM & I only just found out who she was a few months ago)

Anastasia Lux
Anastasia Lux deleted Nov 2017

Wow she’s actually a disgrace!!! Boooooooo

How is it beneficial to Manyvids and it's models when the company is being represented by a woman who is blatantly offensive? She is racist and sex-negative which anyone can find with a simple google search. As sex workers, we struggle enough to be accepted in mainstream society and do not need someone that is a poor role model representing us. Someone who is racist, sex-negative, and makes jokes at people's illnesses isn't someone that will be beneficial to me or any other sex worker. MV already realized the effect racism has on their platform which is why they blocked raceplay and took the Social Media Slayer of 2017 award away from you and gave it to someone who wasn't offensive.

Who wasn’t “offensive”. I didn’t realize that all the differnt types of porn being made were based on everyone’s acceptance. It’s calld a “fetish” for a reason.

OFP we get that you litrally LOVE MV.. But people  can have their  opinions  without you having a go

Yea well with all that MV does for us to help bring in traffic and you guys can’t appreciate a damn thing!

BabyDoll666 Nov 2017

SEEE , GTFO. This one chick is trying to justify MV to EVERYONE. Why do you care? Do you work for them? Did they pay you to defend there honour ???

BabyDoll666 Nov 2017

PFFFT ALL THEY DO. They made up some bullshit to support and show off a real MV MVP And they fucked that idea to promote and MAKE this fake one? They wasted a lot of girls time I'm sure. Plus the ONLY traffic i get is FROM ME, MY SOCIALS. MV instagram can't even reply for a shout out yet you think just being here is getting you views and shit? NEW FLASH NO. You do. WE BRING THEM PPL.

Sarah Rae Nov 2017

Same here. Babydoll is right. None of this is doing anything for me. All my traffic is from my own social media promotions which is why this is so upsetting. We are literally doing all the work and this is what we get in return? Unreal.

Sarah Rae Nov 2017

If MV really respected sex workers then we'd all be getting a higher payout.

Snowbunnyy
Snowbunnyy deleted Nov 2017

One day :(

DestinyDiaz Nov 2017

So does that mean every other site also does not respect sex workers because they don't increase their payout? MFC has had the same payout forever, and Streamate etc. When I signed up to MV I understood that the payout was 40% for MV and 60% for me. Of course more would be lovely, but I don't feel entitled to their money,  and they don't dictate how I spend my cut. I also understand that they have a lot of expenses to uphold the #1 clip site spot in America. MV has exploded with so many new features. Do you think they make a lot of money off of MV POP? They really don't, that is for the exposure of the models. Do you think they make a lot of money off the podcast?

DestinyDiaz Nov 2017

They don't, they supply the equipment and recruited/hired staff to do it, so that they can give more models exposure. The takeovers, do you have any idea how much time that probably took to develop, and promote so that MODELS could have another place with high traffic to play games and promote themselves because everyone's Snaps were getting taken down. They are reaching out to celebrities to bring attention to sex workers, sex positivity. The Loft, they bought a damn loft and pay for professional video and photo shoots for you while you're there. They give out $20,000 of their cut back to models around the holidays to help MODELS with their goals. They do free gear giveaways weekly. And there is more that I haven't even touched on. It sounds so entitled to say this on every blog post. If you think MV doesn't respect sex workers because they wont raise their payout, you are trippin'.

Shots fired!  Wouldn’t that be nice..

LustyBustyLark
LustyBustyLark deleted Nov 2017

The real issue though is they continue to give the same models more exposure. I honestly, am not overly bothered by the 60% though you can get more elsewhere because MV does more to standout. But they keep recycling the same people over and over. Which is great for them, but where does that leave everyone else?

Thanks for pointing all that out Destiny. Some people are just so damn ungrateful.

It’s bringing the site publicity. Which means more traffic which means more customers. More money. But everyone is too focused on the negativity.

Jeri Lynn Nov 2017

There were surely other positive options they could've picked if they wanted sex positive celebs to be a face of their website. I get views are important but she does NOT rep me or the industry just because she was a BAD teen mom and needed to bounce back...

And i agree with you Lark, not all publicity is good publicity.

Sarah Rae Nov 2017

@DestinyDiaz Don't be fooled. This site takes all of us for complete idiots. No they don't respect us, they just use our content to promote their brand like everyone else. They constantly use things like jewelry, lofts, horrible F-list "celebrities" and the idea of models being better than each other to catapult their site. Its actually really terrible.

If they really appreciated the models, they would give us all at least 70%, instead they are writing out checks to everyone but the people who actually make this site what it is and work hard on here every day. Wouldn't you rather have an extra 10% for your child's college fund instead of Bunty, Tranna, the loft and whoever this is?

Sarah Rae Nov 2017

The loft and the podcasts are obvious schemes to get models to go there to create free porn and content for Manyvids. I bet all the work is copyrighted, you probably have to sign contracts. The work is not yours, its theirs. If I wanted to be in a loft then I could rent out something with a similar feel in my city for $300 a night and all the content shot there would actually be mine.

Sarah Rae Nov 2017

All the money you make on this site is YOUR MONEY, not their money. If they were doing literally all the work then I would say fine, but this site would be nothing without the models that work on here every day. This site is making at least 100k a month just on the top 20 alone. I own my own sites and it costs me about $1,000 a year to process payments and $200-$300 a month to have dedicated servers host the content. Granted my sites aren't on such a large scale as this, plus they have customer service employees, etc., but I bet you'd be surprised to find out how much it actually costs to keep this site going. If they have the money to spend on all this nonsensical flashy stuff, then they could give us an extra 10%, its just rude.

DestinyDiaz Nov 2017

No one is forced to participate in things they don't want to do. If the loft isn't for you, it doesn't mean it isn't for another model. Yes, all the money i make on this site is mine, all 60%. Like I said, I signed up to MV fully understanding what my percentage was, and MV isn't just sitting on their cut of the money, they are investing it back into their business. They have like 60-something employees they need to pay. And are constantly working on developing new features and opportunities for models. I personally enjoy the podcast, and plan to tune in and meet new models every week, same with the MV Pop videos.

Actually Lusty, there’s  no such thing as bad publicity. Believe me. 😉

Rebel Winters
Rebel Winters deleted Nov 2017

The thing is, the takeover spots on the site, the money awarded to contest winners, hell, even the swag giveaways always seem to go to girls who are already earning thousands. I also have yet to see a takeover by a male or transgender MV star. It hurts to watch this site constantly play favorites.

I’ve won give away a and don’t makes me thousands.

@LustyBustyLark  You are totally right. It takes more exposure for amateur girls, not all have the traffic of the first 10 people on the list. We all work hard, we do not have problems with payments, but everyone must have the same opportunities (utopic)

This is awesome! <3

Sex positivity is important to me because I want to see sex and relationship education normalized in schools. I really would like to see schools that teach about gender, sexuality, and consequently, consent. I want to see more and more people speak up (as they are already doing, thankfully) in the face of homophobia, transphobia, and overall partner violence. Honestly I want to see a society that embraces a broader definition of sex and sexuality and I want to see a future that provides people of all ages with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their sexuality. Most importantly, people need to respect and support those decisions for themselves and for others around them. The more we spread sex positivity through education the more we'll see respect and compassion for sex workers and sex in general.

I'm really glad that MV is finding ways for us to have a voice in the battle for sex positivity!

Have a great MV Takeover, Farrah! <3

WAY TO GO FARRAH! Also thanks for joining up! Looking forward to this!
