If anyone is having problems with "black screen" on iPhone MV Live, then try this: 1. rotate phone to landscape 2. press full screen icon in bottom right (double arrows) 3. press play and wait 2 seconds (you will see video!) then turn up audio 4. pop out video so it “floats” on your screen 5. rotate to portrait again, and locate chat window
