Body dysmorphia is real y'all. I struggled with bulimia in high school and was told by my peers and f@th€r that I was grossly obese. While I was on antidepressants and active in swimming and athletics. I have been feeling like I am just as big as I used to be and all I see is my belly and arm flaps. However.... I notice my clothes fitting differently. For instance: last night I put on my pjs after using the restroom and unknowingly put both legs into one leg hole. These jammies are a 2x. I used to be a 2x and now I'm in a large. When you don't see it in the mirror... Remember that your brain lies. Clothes don't. How you feel going up the stairs doesn't lie. Your progress is real. I'm preaching to myself, but if you need it, it's here for you too.
