Describe your custom video in the story box. Please be very descriptive; give us your whole idea of what you would like your custom video to be. We are more than happy to complete your wishes; everything you include will be 100% included in your video. Extras: check off any that apply to your custom video. If you have an extra that we don't have listed you can give us a message with your request. IF YOUR VIDEO DOES NOT FIT YOUR DESCRIPTION, MISSING ANY OF YOUR EXTRAS; MESSAGE US AND WE WILL COMPENSATE YOU WITH A REPLACEMENT VIDEO AT NO EXTRA COST (YOU WILL BE ABLE TO KEEP THE ORIGINAL VIDEO YOU RECEIVED). A message will be sent to you if for some reason we are unable to upload your video to you by its due date; stating the circumstances, when your video will be able to be uploaded and you will be refunded the money you payed for delivery. This is rare but life does happen but we also understand transactions must be fare to both parties.
