Purchased item on November 14, 2023 and messaged her immediately with the details. It shown that she has seen my message. Had to get MV Support involved to issue a return credit on December 23rd, as it passed the 30 days MV allows to get an item done. OK to purchase videos off of her, but you could forget about custom ordered items being done!
