Purchased item on October 8, 2023 and messaged her immediately with the details. Had to get MV Support involved to issue a return credit on November 19th, as it passed the 30 days MV allows to get an item done. OK to buy videos off of her, but you could forget about custom ordered items being done as it looks like she isn't active on here anymore.
