Spoil me with a guilt free day off! I suffer from fibromyalgia a condition that can cause extreme pain and fatigue, I try my best to keep up with the dog, the house and my sex work but often fall short and feel guilty. There's a theory called 'spoon theory' that explains energy consumption/conservation of chronically ill people that is quite useful in understanding if you'd like to learn more. Help me preserve some spoons by giving me a day off cam guilt free!
