Purchased a fansign on April 25, 2021 and messaged her the details. She responded back on May 3, 2021 that she will be getting it done soon. Had to get MV Support to issue a return credit on June 4, 2021, as she never fulfilled the order. Ok to purchase videos off of her, but don't expect custom ordered items to be fulfilled.
