Purchased a Nude Fan Sign on May 5, 2019. Sassy Jade said that she'll get it done on her day off of May 6, 2019. Fast forward to June 5, 2019, I had to send her a message reminding her to get the fan sign done to complete the transaction. She used the lame excuse every model used that she was "moving" and had forgot. She also offered no timetable on when she'll get the fan sign done. Had to get MV Support to issue a return credit on June 12, 2019. If she's lazy or doesn't want to do the fan sign, she should have contacted MV Support to issue a return credit back in May. DO NOT DEAL WITH!
