Want the crunch of a cookie on the outside but an ooey gooey brownie on the inside? I would absolutely love to make you these cookie brownie cookies. If you have a gluten sensitivity, they are flourless! I prefer to warm these up in the microwave for 10 seconds and have them with ice cream. However, you can also eat these straight from the fridge or at room temperature depending on preference! One batch makes for 24 cookies! These will be sealed in a plastic bag for freshness upon arrival! If you click sealed in plastic bag, I will wrap each individual cookie with saran wrap and then put in bag! I make these completely from scratch!
