I go to the chiropractor once a week to get my hip adjusted as i have hereditary hip dysplasia [my mums side al the ladies lol] which means if i don't make ure to have my bones adjusted often, my hip rotates out of place more which is VERY painful for me and sometimes makes it difficult for me to walk without a limp.Sessions are both expensive and I have to travel about 20 minutes by car to get there so it's not a cheap expense. Pay for a chiro session and make my life infinitely easier for a week! Know you are responsible for helping me stay healthy and walking!!!
