As many of you that I talk to know I was disagnosed with type 2 diabetes.Well after a year of meds it hasnt improved and im now convinced I can fix it myself.Im going to be starting an intermittant fasting and keto/carnivore eating style in an attempt to fix it on my own.I'll be updating everyone that supports me with my progress. For those of you that want to help while I work on my health you can buy me a carnivore hamper so that I stick to it and dont get led astray by sugar/junk food!
