Helping hand: Help me spay stray cats

Spring is coming soon and the mating season has already started for cats. As some of you know, I not only care for my 8 cats (all former strays), but also many stray cats in the area that I feed and provide veterinary care for. However, the most necessary thing is to neuter female cats and some tomcats that are not in the best of health, otherwise the cats multiply incredibly fast. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE kitties, but we simply cannot allow dozens (or hundreds) of them to be born every year.Please help me get some of the stray cats spayed/neutered, thank you!
