Help me with a haircut uncut since 2021

Not to get my tiny violin out, I know we all have our mountains we're climbing in our lives, but I pretty much do very little in the way of self care. All the way to the point of my hair has not been cut since August of 2021. Yes, sometimes it's been a financial thing but usually it's a time thing. Taking that hour or so away from my usual caregiving duties just doesn't happen. So often we think people are likely exaggerating when they make a comment like 24/7 for their involvement or responsibility with a job, offspring or elder. I really am 24/7, 365. I have very little "me" time. It's unfortunate that the reason I now have a couple extra hours here and there is because of my mother's recent hospital and now her nursing facility stay. But they have opened up some time for me. I'm getting more rest at night ( thank you Mr. Sandman, I've missed you so much!). Plus I'm trying to really take time to replenish myself. We can only give so much without refilling ourselves. If something I've said here resonates with you and you have a few extra dollars, I'd be very grateful. For a hair cut or even a couple of bucks (via tips) for a coffee or a fashion magazine to catch up on the styles! Thank you!!
