Like many women, I struggle with anxiety and with managing life's stressors. Additionally, without going into too much detail as to derail from our fun times together, I also experience daily body discomfort. I am categorizing this as pay my bills due to being a vital component for my wellbeing. This allows me to block a day off of the week for myself to indulge in a massage-only day, all day. This does a drastic number on my body and my mind, and rejuvenates me to do good work. Right now I am still exploring Massage Envy's offerings, and eventually I will seek an all inclusive independent therapeutic massage practice who specializes in Shiatsu and possibly Thai massage (My favorite styles).
