After many (many) years of failing to realize just how severe my mental health has become, I finally have the resources and helpful push I need to seek out therapy/psychology! ♡
I'll be seeing someone every week for as long as possible! I can already tell that this is going to be so incredibly beneficial for my mental health, as well as help me function better on a day-to-day basis. My work will benefit SO much from this!
