This is my first try at using my manual pump after my milk has come in all the way. I set the camera close so you can see my huge, erect nipples being squished and dispelling milk clearly. My right breast is very full and expresses milk easily. So, I focus most of my energy on that side before switching to the left.

a close up of streams out of your pulled long big and delicious would be perfect... without all the droplets and milk steam covering the viewer's view, would be the cherry on the cake. But it is a very personal point of view. Good job young mom
