This was an interesting video to say the least! The closeup angle, bright colors, and splashing water definitely gave it a more interesting feel than the other videos I've seen by LittleMissElle. While it's certainly a joy to watch her masturbate with glowing sticks and splash around in the bathtub I didn't find the setting to be as used as I'd have liked. Aside from some relatively minor parts the fact that it's in the bath isn't really all that important to the video. I also thought some of the cooler visual aspects were lost when the room was suddenly lit up by daylight. It's far from a bad video and definitely worth a 3.5 if I could give it such.
