Santa has sent his elves out to get everything ready for Christmas but he's also sent me to keep a eye on those naughty elves and to punish them when they misbehave. Punish them so severely in fact that they never get a chance to misbehave again! This elf has been very bad and definitely deserves the punishment of being eaten. He would be tastier if I woke him up so he starts to squirm and get away though as that always makes them tastier. "What's that little elf?" "You don't want to be eaten?""You'll be good if I just give you another chance?" Well even I think that elves might deserve one chance so I'll call Santa and if he says to let you go then I won't eat you. How about that?" Ring, ring ,ring..
