Max's sister Margout is chilling at her living room playing videogames when she feels a tickle in her foot. She takes a look to see what it is and discovers that her big brother is no longer that big. He has shrunk somehow and was trying to get her sister's attention by pinching her sole. He needs medical attention to grow back to normal size but that's not a priority for Margout. Maybe she will take care of him and bring him to the nearest hospital, though he won't be able to say 'no' to a little survival mode game.
