I've just gotten back in from a night of swing dancing and my feet are in need of a little TLC. I settle down with you and show you how I take care of them. I start by spraying them with a cool refreshing foot mist, then give them a massage with some lovely cream. Finally, I paint my toenails, starting with a base coat, then a dark pink colour, and finishing with a top coat. As I do this, I talk a little about my feet to you, telling you how soft they are and giving you some information about them. I tell you about their size and my favourite shoes, how I got the little scar on my big toe and my only ever broken bone (not in too much detail!). The focus is on my feet the entire time as i take care of them and gently show them off to you.
