If you needed proof, here it is. I can not workout. The weight I have put on in the past few years is clearly limiting my athletic ability. All the junk food, donuts, ice cream, and late night fast food runs have caught up with me and I can feel how hard it is to do these movements! My knees and ankles feel like they could give out at any second during my jumping jacks! Not to mention my big belly and boobs bouncing uncontrollably... I wouldn't trade this for anything! I love being a fat lazy pig and I will gladly eat chips and cake all day then have to go to the gym to stay in shape! xoxo
