MoRina is busy trying to get through her workday, but is feeling increasingly hot and lightheaded. She removes her suit jacket, but she still starts to sweat profusely, and she feels short of breath. And what is going on with this chest pain? Ignore it.... it's probably indigestion is what she's thinking. She's been under a lot of stress. Her left arm is getting tingling and the sweating is getting uncontrollable. She gets up to go into the other office but she just can't make it... her knees buckle and she collapses on the floor... coughing, gasping sputtering and clutching her chest. Her eyes are rolling back in her head as she tries to lift herself up to crawl or yell for help, but alas, her heart fails and she goes limp
