Landlady Chasey has an apartment to lease and young Woody has organised an inspection. Chasey shows him around the apartment; the bathroom with a big, bright open walk in shower with plenty of room for two, the bedroom has room for a king sized bed with lots storage space and the lounge/kitchen is a spacious light filled open plan perfectly designed for entertaining. Woody is a bit hesitant, he thinks the apartment is just perfect for his needs but the rent is just a little out of his price range. They soon come to a mutual agreement that suits them both very well.
