I filmed myself using my inhaler on two occasions. In the first, I spray on a bit of perfume. It makes me wheeze and cough. I breathe out deeply to use the inhaler, but cough instead. Finally, I am able to catch my breath and use it properly twice. In the 2nd, I am wearing a spa facial. I begin to breathe too shallow and use my inhaler twice before feeling better.
