Miles Striker goes to see his personal trainer and to his surprise she called in sick. In place is Olivia Rose, she starts right out by being a total mean brat to Miles. Miles complies as she begins to tear him apart. “You’ve really let yourself go.” She says. Making him do pushups but no ordinary push-ups, she decides to sit on his back while pushing him to continue working. After push ups it’s squat time where Olivia once again gets on his shoulders during the squats to berate Miles. Next is sit ups, where Olivia uses her foot to cause extreme resistance on Miles. Then She kneels on Miles’s back and checks her messages in her phone while he planks holding her entire weight up with his abs. She berates him about being a man once he’s completely driven into the ground.
