Red is being transported from one prison to another. Unfortunately, it's a long drive and bathroom stops are not permitted, so she is given a diaper to wear. Along the way, her bowels overcome her and she has no choice but to mess herself in the back of the vehicle. She is utterly humiliated, but there is nothing that can be done.
