One of my favorite throwbacks ever! Serena tries really hard to be a good friend to Bella, waiting on her hand and foot while Bella is VERY pregnant (and slightly demanding)... but just because she's pregnant doesn't mean she can't still get her way! Serena doesn't put sugar in Bella's tea, which has severe - but very sexy - consequences, including spanking, biting, slapping, panty stuffing, and a good hard fingerfucking!
