I start out by using a floss pick to clean between my teeth. Then I use my electric toothbrush to brush my teeth very thoroughly, followed by brushing my tongue with the power off. After rinsing I use my waterpik to give my mouth an even deeper clean even using a waterpik tongue cleaner. Finally, I give my mouth a good long rinsing with mouth wash.
