My doctor says I've gotten much too obese and that I should start incorporating daily exorcize into my routine. I figured, alright I'll try this out but little did I know this wasn't going to be easy! I struggle through the entire workout huffing and puffing while my body jiggles everywhere! I try push ups, sit ups, leg lifts, and even squats but I couldn't help but complain the entire time I just feel so fat for all of this! Frustrated and feeling like I'm losing my much needed nutrients I go grab myself a snack.. a half gallon of milk and an entire dozen donuts! I begin devouring them one by one! Who needs to workout when you can just be fat and eat donuts! You know what? I don't think my doctor is very qualified to be giving me health advice I know whats best for me!
