I’m abroad on holiday and am out having a walk in a beautiful rural village. I’m wearing a loose fitting blue dress, my cool white high topped sneakers, and underneath my dress I have on a very soggy ID Slip. Everything looks so different here, and I feel so excited to be exploring in the sunshine. My ID Slip has been on for such a long time, and I really need a change, because I don’t think it will be able to last much longer. Suddenly I see a little brick shelter by the side of the road, and I immediately think that this would be a good place for my change. The shelter will offer me some protection, which is a blessing in an area as open and exposed as this. But before I step inside, I can’t resist sitting down on the kerb and flashing my wet ID Slip….well, what can I say, I’m in a cheeky mood, and besides, this ID Slip has been such a good servant that it deserves this kind of send off ;) Now it’s time for the switch, so I enter the shelter and squat down on my haunches, having a quick look around to check if the coast is clear. It’s quite a busy road and I need to be careful, because although the shelter is affording me a little privacy, I could still be easily spotted. Although if I’m honest, the risk of being caught is more than a little exciting! Just as I’m about to remove the ID Slip, a car goes by, along with a passing cyclist, which shows just how real my concerns were! When they are gone, I take the plunge, and quickly remove the ID Slip, and once in my hand I can tell that it’s every bit as drenched and used as it felt. I hastily wrap a fresh white Pampers around me, pulling the straps tight, and I instantly love how crinkly it feels against my smooth skin. I put the old ID Slip into my bag and stand up, savouring how the new Pampers is crackling and rustling with the movement. Now it’s time to carry on my walk. Is it just me, or does a change feel so much more pleasurable when you’re away from home? ;)
