Missy thinks she is all ready to go for the party and Luna does not approve of how Missy is dressed. They get into a full fledged squabble right before they are supposed to be going this party. Missy is cross that Luna is mad at HER for not being as ready as Luna thinks Missy ought to be. SO. Missy turns Luna over her knee and deals with the issue on the spot, party or no party. Luna tries to argue it, but it only makes matters worse. She warms Luna up with a hand spanking, however, finds this in-effective. She then she intensifies the spanking with a slipper, to further make her point. Luna submits to tears and Missy feels she has learnt the lesson, as Lunas bottom glow red.
