I knew I was lactose intolerant but I still had lots of ice cream and milk shake. It gave me a really sore stomach and lots of gas. I had to rush to the bathroom and thank God I was alone upstairs because there's SO much noise. It was so so messy. Lots of heavy breathing, groaning and sighing. I want to say I'll not have milky treats again because of my stomach problems, but I just can't help it. I'll take the bathroom problems!
