I'm working on my computer and can't sit still. I know you're there and it's really annoying me, so I'm fidgeting back and forth, teasing you with my feet the way I know you like to be teased. I don't even acknowledge your presence, I just surf the internet and play with my flip flops. Tapping my toes, dangling them in front of you, crossing my legs, and putting my feet in and out of them.
