Melanie Hicks was sent to investigate the disappearance of a special agent that was sent to find the serial tickler, only she was never seen again. Melanie got a tip about a strange man living in a, large house and the neighbors complained about loud constant laughing. She broke in, but as soon as she walked in, the tickler snuck behind her and knocked her out. He tied her up and began to interrogate her to find out what she wanted. She would not talk so he tickled her and stripped her down until she was talking and pleading for him to stop.
