I have sopping wet hair and I am wearing a hairdressing cape with a towel on top around the shoulders, just like they do in the hairdressers. I fill my hand with lots of shampoo and start to massage it into my scalp and wet hair. It gets so foamy, all the soap and bubbles and lather are getting bigger and bigger and I make sure every single one of my hairs is covered in shampoo before I rinse it out
