Beating My Weight lifting challenge! More than 80 repeats for biceps I got new sport challenge! Last time i did 40 times repeats for my strong biceps! But i am soo much strong and powerfull ! Now 5 kg per 1 hand and 80 + times non stop repeats for My biceps ! Pushing them hard and getting sweat! Thats was not easy to do! But i did it and pump my strong biceps!
