Standing in nothing but a g-string thong, I'm about to get ready for work. But I guess I've gained so much weight and so quickly, that I out-grew my nurse's dress! I struggle to get the uniform on before coming to the embarrassing realization that my care aide dress simply does not fit my fat body!
