I'm feeling a little tight and sore and need to unwind so I pull out my yoga mat and set it out on the floor for a quick 10 minutes of yoga. I start in a seated position, breathing slowly in through my nose and slowly out through my mouth. I gently move through some yoga poses, starting with my neck, chest and sides of my body before getting onto all fours to loosen my back. I breathe as I push my bellybutton to the floor and my ass into the air, holding for a little bit and then pull my back up towards the ceiling and clench my butt. I repeat several times before finishing up by lying on my back, holding onto my toes and pulling my legs up into the air, stretching my inner thighs and groin muscles. Mmmmm, it feels so good to stretch everything out.
