I just finished a big meal for dinner and am having bad indigestion. My chest and stomach are burning. I feel like if I could just release some of this pressure, I might feel better. I sip some bubbly water to try and burp it out, but I'm having a hard time. I take deep breaths and sips of water with little relief. I become disgusted and frustrated in pain as I just can't quite get out a satisfying burp.
