Finally I have the chance to try out my new full face snorkel mask in the sea and its wonderful! Before I even try it on it looks really funky and futuristic. I try it on adjusting the straps, then slide my long yellow fins on with my wetsuit before slipping into the chilly sea. It feels really comfortable on my face. As I dive below the surface I wonder how I'm going to blow all the water out of the mask as there's so much empty space in it. Much to my surprise the snorkel doesn't allow water to come in but allows me to blow air out still, Its really cool! The visibility is great as the glass in large with no obstructions but as I dive under the sheer amount of air around my face suctions the mask really close to my face squeezing me. It becomes incredibly tight and uncomfortable even at only a few inches below the surface. It would be absolutely no good for free diving however snorkelling around the surface in it is an absolute dream!
