It's a nice Saturday afternoon- what better way to spend it than with a nice smoke? I light up and start puffing away. I quickly start coughing, even gaging on the thick smoke! I cough so hard and so much, my gag reflux is really delicate so there's also a lot of gagging. My coughing gets so intense my chest turns pink and then red! I smoke, cough, spit and gag while telling you about how bad my sinuses get during the changing seasons (close up's as well)
