My breast are so engorged. I need to pump so badly and I am going to let you watch as I drain the milk from them. i have a basic hand pump and proceed to pump each engorged breast. I do this several times till they are sufficiently drained of milk. I know you can imagine how great it would be if you were the one draining these milky tits. How sweet the milk is, how it just flows in your mouth, draining them all by yourself. With each pump you can practically see them see them get less engorged, until there is mere drops left in them.
