I love ruining my 5+ year old smelly running shoes! Before I brush my teeth, I gather up all my gross morning spit and let it dribble across them. Then I brush my teeth and let each white, foamy load spill from my lips right into them, making a big creamy mess! At the end I let a mouthful of mouthwash fall from my mouth onto them, too!
