Tallulah is tied to a chair and has a violet wand used on her to give electric shocks ranging from a mild tingle to something more painful. she's then blinfolded for more and for pinwheels to be used before the torment is increased by using tinsel to spread the shocks from the wand increasing the sensations hugely.
